The fatality rate is much higher than the normal flue and has killed thousands of people across the world and it is spreading in an incredible rate. This virus is said to be more dangerous to older people or those who have serious health issues.
So some researchers predict that, an infected person is likely to be in contact with 2-3 other person on an average and it goes on so you cannot estimate the number how quickly this Coronavirus is spreading.
